How to use Zoom for live-streamed classes

​Download the Zoom App for your computer
or on your Phone:
You will be invited to a Zoom meeting.  In the zoom meeting you will see the instructor in the large screen and other participants in small thumbnail views. 

Everyone will have the option to disable their video if they don't want anyone to see them.  After the instructor's intro and greetings,  everyone will mute their microphones. You can do these workouts using your phone, or your laptop or computer.
