Megan Sims is owner and director of Me-Again Dance Healing and Fitness. A master teacher, she has been offering a variety of Dance, Nia, and Gentle Nia classes and workshops to a broad range of students for over twenty years.
Her students include professional dancers, children, teens, adults and the elderly-- as well as individuals with Alzeimer’s or Parkinson’s disease.
Megan graduated with a BFA from the University of Michigan Dance Department and earned a Brown Belt Certification from the Nia Technique. She also holds an MA in counseling from Goddard College.
The range and depth of Megan’s training allows her to creatively expand on the Nia guiding principle (The joy of movement), and to use dance as a healing and wellness tool.
Megan's mission is to bring holistic living into the mainstream, one dance at a time!
